My stay at the Iris Park was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, and it was uncomfortably cold for November. The noise during the night made it hard to sleep. On a positive note, the breakfast spread was decent, and some of the staff were responsive. However, the presence of a cockroach at breakfast was unappetizing, and I wouldn't want to return mainly due to the room experience and overall maintenance.
